2 Unloved Stocks of 2026 to Consider Buying Now

AVGO and ADBE have both lagged the broader market in 2026 even as their latest financial results came in strong, a gap that has pushed both stocks to price-to-earnings ratios below the S&P 500.

AVGO posted revenue growth that accelerated to 86% year-over-year, backed by robust earnings. Despite that print, shares have trailed the market. The valuation discount is the core of the bull argument: a company growing revenue at that pace trading below the index multiple.

ADBE delivered record quarterly revenue and raised its full-year guidance. Like AVGO, it trades at a lower P/E than the S&P 500 and has underperformed year to date. The picture is less clean, though, because growth at ADBE is slowing.

Interpretation: the market appears to be pricing risk rather than results. For AVGO, the flagged concern is concentration. For ADBE, it is the deceleration in growth. Both discounts reflect those worries, not weak reported numbers, which is what makes the setup interesting for value-minded buyers.

For sector exposure, SMH offers a way to hold semiconductor beta alongside AVGO, though it is not part of the source's thesis.
