Bitcoin ETFs Are Seeing Their Biggest Inflows Since October 2025. Is Bitcoin Finally Back?
Bitcoin spot ETFs pulled in $2.39 billion for the week ending September 25, the strongest weekly inflow since October 2025, according to The Motley Fool. Institutional heavyweights BlackRock (BLK) and Fidelity are among the firms driving demand into the products.
Despite the surge in capital, Bitcoin trades at $84,000, roughly 33% below its October 2025 all-time high of $126,000. The gap between inflows and price action suggests institutional accumulation has yet to translate into breakout momentum.
Several tailwinds remain in play. Rising U.S. national debt and historical Q4 seasonality could support further gains heading into year-end. But headwinds are mounting: rising interest rates, regulatory uncertainty, and competition from stablecoins and altcoins are capping near-term upside.
The divergence between record ETF flows and stagnant price is the key dynamic. Either institutional buying pressure eventually lifts spot prices, or the overhang from macro and competitive factors continues to absorb demand.
