HONA Q3 Earnings Call Highlights Supply Chain Recovery and 2027 Growth
HONA beat third-quarter expectations, posting $2.21 EPS on $4.64B in revenue and lifting its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $7.85-$8.00.
Beyond the headline beat, management announced a $500M capacity expansion and an inaugural dividend. Both moves put capital deployment and shareholder returns on the table at the same time, which reads as management confidence in sustained aerospace demand. That is interpretation, but it fits the strong demand management cited.
The constraint is supply. Roughly 70 suppliers are creating bottlenecks, concentrated in bearings, machining, and castings. Management expects margin pressure to persist through 2027, even with aerospace demand described as strong. In other words, the raised guidance arrives alongside a warning that the profit conversion of that demand will stay compressed for more than a year.
Interpretation: the market is being asked to weigh a clean quarterly beat and higher full-year guidance against a multi-quarter margin drag. The $500M expansion may be aimed at easing capacity limits, though the margin outlook suggests relief is not imminent.
