Jabil's FY27 AI Revenue Surge Could Redefine Its Growth Story in 2027
Jabil (JBL) is guiding for AI revenue to jump 54% to $22.1 billion in fiscal 2027, the headline number from its Q4 fiscal 2026 report. The company also projects total revenue of $44.5 billion and core EPS of $17.55 for the year.
Run the math: $22.1 billion of AI revenue against $44.5 billion in total sales puts AI at roughly half of JBL's projected top line. That is interpretation, not company guidance, but it frames how heavily the fiscal 2027 outlook leans on a single theme. Jabil attributes the growth to its Intelligent Infrastructure segment.
The risk side is explicit. Jabil is expanding capacity globally to support larger customer programs, which raises execution exposure. A 54% AI ramp leaves little room for delays in bringing that capacity online. Any slippage could pressure the revenue and EPS targets.
Peers CLS and FLEX trade in the same contract-manufacturing space, so JBL's guidance gives traders a reference point when weighing their own AI-linked outlooks. This is a read-across to monitor, not a confirmed sector trend.
