NOW Broadens Aramco AI Footprint as CRM & MSFT Expand AI Ambitions

ServiceNow announced a partnership with Aramco Digital to deploy its AI Platform across more than 50 countries, with AI annual contract value projected to exceed $1 billion in Q2 2026. The expansion marks NOW's largest enterprise AI deployment to date in terms of geographic reach.

The deal comes as NOW faces mounting competitive pressure. Salesforce launched Agentforce, its autonomous AI agent platform, targeting the same enterprise workflow automation market. Microsoft continues building out its enterprise AI ecosystem, integrating Copilot across productivity and CRM tools that overlap with NOW's core offerings.
