Tapestry's International Growth Accelerates on China & Europe Gains
Tapestry (TPR) reported Q4 fiscal 2026 international revenue growth of 19% in Europe and Asia-Pacific, with Greater China surging 28%. The Coach brand drove the expansion, posting 30% growth in Greater China and 25% in Europe during the quarter.
The company issued fiscal 2027 guidance targeting total revenues of $8.4 billion to $8.5 billion, projecting mid-teens growth in both Europe and Greater China. TPR shares have outperformed their industry by 26.3% over the past year. The stock currently carries a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
The results underscore Tapestry's pivot toward international markets as a primary growth engine, with China representing a particularly strong tailwind despite broader concerns about consumer spending in the region. Europe's double-digit growth signals market share gains in the accessible luxury segment.
