VEEV Raises FY27 Outlook as Vault CRM and AI Momentum Accelerate Fast
Veeva Systems raised its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to $3.682-$3.687 billion, implying approximately 15% growth, as the company's Vault CRM platform gains traction across major pharmaceutical clients. Twelve of the top 20 biopharma companies have now committed to Vault CRM, with more than 180 customers live on the platform.
VEEV maintains a 44% operating margin while investing in newer growth initiatives. The company's Falcon AI product has secured five early adopters, marking an entry into AI-driven workflow automation for life sciences. Management highlighted CRM migrations and AI monetization as execution priorities through the fiscal year.
The guidance raise follows sustained momentum in enterprise customer wins, with Vault CRM positioning as a core alternative to legacy systems in the pharmaceutical vertical. Revenue growth in the mid-teens range suggests VEEV is converting pipeline despite a competitive enterprise software environment.
