Why OneSpaWorld Stock Is Up Today
OSW jumped 12.5% after OneSpaWorld paired a strong Q3 beat with a 25% dividend increase and a new $100 million stock buyback program, giving shareholders both a capital-return upgrade and a raised outlook.
The health and wellness center operator posted Q3 revenue growth of 7% to $276.5 million. Adjusted net income rose 13% to $34.8 million. Both figures beat Wall Street estimates, which explains why the market treated the print as a clean upside surprise rather than a mixed quarter.
Management then lifted full-year guidance. It now projects revenue growth of roughly 10% to more than $1 billion, and EBITDA growth of 13% to about $139 million.
Interpretation: the stack of catalysts matters more than any single one. A beat alone can fade, but a guidance raise signals management confidence in the remaining quarter, while the buyback and dividend hike commit cash to shareholders. The 12.5% move prices in all three at once.
