9.1 Paid Subscriptions. SNF offers paid subscription tiers (currently “SNF Alerts” and “SNF Pro”) billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Sunday Night Futures LLC, through our third-party payment processor (Stripe), to charge your payment method the applicable recurring fee until you cancel.
9.2 Free Trial. Certain subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. To start a trial you must provide a valid payment method. UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDS, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT TO A PAID SUBSCRIPTION AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED THE THEN-CURRENT MONTHLY FEE. The trial begins on the date you sign up and ends 7 calendar days later.
9.3 Automatic Renewal. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, and your payment method will be charged automatically, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Subscription fees may change; we will provide notice of any price change before it takes effect, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
9.4 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account, or by contacting us at contact@sundaynightfutures.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. To avoid being charged for a renewal or for trial conversion, you must cancel before the renewal or trial-end date.
9.5 Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features not used. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund in individual cases.
9.6 Failed Payments. If a charge fails (including at the end of a free trial), we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features immediately. You may resubscribe at any time.
9.7 Changes to Plans. We may add, modify, discontinue, or change the price of any subscription tier. Material changes affecting your active subscription will be communicated to you in advance.
10.1 Member Marketplace. The SNF Collectibles Market allows eligible members to post For Sale, Wanted, and Trade listings. SNF does not inspect, authenticate, grade, store, or take possession of listed collectibles. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful ownership, condition, authenticity, and fulfillment of items they list.
10.2 Payments and Seller Payouts. Eligible For Sale listings may be purchased through Stripe-powered SNF Checkout. Sellers must complete Stripe-connected payout onboarding before receiving marketplace payments. Buyer payments, seller transfers, refunds, and payment disputes are processed through Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's applicable terms and verification requirements.
10.3 SNF Transaction Fee. SNF charges the seller a transaction fee equal to five percent (5%) of the item purchase price on completed marketplace sales. The buyer pays the displayed or accepted purchase price. The SNF transaction fee is deducted from seller proceeds.
10.4 Shipping and Fulfillment. During the current launch phase, shipping is included in the seller's listed or accepted price. Sellers should ship paid orders with tracking within three (3) calendar days. SNF may send shipment reminders or overdue notices. Buyers should confirm delivery through My Market after receiving the item.
10.5 Cancellation and Refunds. A buyer may request cancellation before an order is marked shipped. A seller may accept the request by issuing a full refund or may continue fulfillment by shipping the order. Sellers may issue full refunds on eligible paid or shipped orders through My Market. Refund timing may depend on Stripe and the buyer's payment method.
10.6 Payment Disputes. Payment disputes and chargebacks are administered through Stripe and the applicable payment networks. A dispute may result in funds being withheld, reversed, or otherwise adjusted. SNF may record dispute status in My Market and provide related notices to marketplace participants.
10.7 Taxes. SNF does not currently add a separate marketplace sales-tax amount at checkout. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for their own tax obligations except to the extent SNF is required by applicable law to collect, report, or remit tax.
10.8 Prohibited Marketplace Activity. Members may not list counterfeit, stolen, unlawful, misrepresented, or otherwise prohibited items. SNF may remove listings, restrict marketplace access, delay or restrict transaction functionality, or take other reasonable action to protect members and the Service.
